Can the archiving system capture email from platforms other than Microsoft 365?

Yes. It supports all standards-compliant email services, including Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), Exchange, Domino, GroupWise, and any other platform that allows SMTP journal forwarding or IMAP/POP3 access.
